When will my product be delivered?
If you order before 5.30 pm and we have the product in stock, you’ll receive your order the next business day within Tamil Nadu and within 3 Business day other than Tamil Nadu. If any product is not in stock, we’ll do our best to get your shipment to you within 3 to 7 business days.
Do you have delivery charges?
Shipping is free of charge for orders of Rs.700 and above. Otherwise we charge Rs.50 per order.
How the order is delivered?
Customer satisfaction is very important to us at Optical House. And because we’ve found that most of our customers are very happy with Bluedart, we ship most orders with Bluedart and Professional.
How can I track my order?
We will send you an email confirming the carrier’s details and the AWB/tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Can I return my products?
We accept 7 days return period.
So YES, you can return or exchange your products only on any of below cases
1. Received Product is different from the mentioned on website at the time of placing an order.
2. Prescription/Eye power is different from what was mentioned by customer at the time placing an order.
3. Product is damaged in transit before it is delivered to the customer.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is processed and shipped.
How can I return/exchange my products?
Please follow the steps below:
1. Raise a request and share us the photo of damaged product through email.
2. Reseal the original package securely with the original label, including order number and the invoice copy.
3. Send the package through the reputed carrier to the below address and share the tracking number through email.

We offer 100% full refund only if the product is in unused condition with original packaging.
All returns are inspected on arrival and a full refund will NOT be issued if the product are not in new and original condition
Contact Lens Returns
If you have purchased contact lenses, the lens boxes must be unopened and in original condition to avail refund.
If you receive defective contact lenses, please do not throw them away. We require the original defective lenses for a full return. If the lens manufacturer agrees that the lenses are defective, then we are able to issue a full refund.
